Master likes to tease me about my fondness for documentaries. i know he thinks half the things i watch are boring as hell to most people. i tell him, it's my love of documentaries that help me kick ass at Trivial Pursuit. *laughs*
i know so many "U.B.O.I" (Useless Bits of Information) that it's not funny. i don't know why i can remember so many historical and trivial facts yet can't remember what i need to buy at the store without a list. i can tell you about the ruler of Wales in 1100, the name in the title ;) , yet i can't remember what doctor's appointments are coming up unless they are written down.
i guess people remember those things that they find more interesting. Books and documentaries are way more interesting to me than shopping of any kind. i even hate clothes shopping for myself. The only shopping i like to do is in a bookstore. However, since moving here with Master 3 years ago, i've learned to enjoy shopping just a wee bit more. He's always telling me to enjoy the journey, not just the destination.
So, now that i've gone from documentaries, to books, to shopping with some King of Wales thrown in, i realize this entry is kind of all over the place. Maybe it will make for interesting reading.
Oh, by the way, it's been a nice relaxing day today.

I love documentaries. I get my love of them i think from my grandpa. As kids,little kids, we would stay with my grandpa. He would spread a blanket on the living room floor and we would lay down on fridays and watch 20/20.
I have netflix now and i get a TON of them for him and i to watch.
We watch the true crime ones, the serial killer ones, the one about the amish when they turn 16, the Carter family(the singers), you name it we watch it!
And books, god im with you on books! Ive got like 12 library books right now and brought 2 books back from my moms lol.
Ive been reading some true crime, and a lot of i guess girly books and mysteries.
I tend to know useless stuff too but cant remember even the simplest recipe at times lol.
Rock on with your UBOI, cuz your not alone lol.
LOL and todays word verification is heebe...they just left off the jeebies lol.
