Some Days

i’m pretty sure i don’t want to be writing this entry. It’s been a very stressful day for me. i sent Taylor off to school this morning. i got a call from Court, my oldest daughter this morning. She had a very rough visit with her gynecologist. i did my best to be supportive and offer some comforting words. Now we just have to wait 3 days for the test results to come in. Thank goodness B went to the doctor with her.

While i was sorting through that, someone was trying to call me. i let it go to voicemail. So, when i hung up with Courtney, i listened to the message. It was Taylor’s teacher. Apparently, Taylor was seizing uncontrollably. So i ended up going to get her from school.

i called Taylor’s local neurologist and they wanted to see her. As i was finalizing that appointment, there was another voice message on my phone. It was Taylor’s primary doctor’s office. They had gotten one of Taylor’s tests back from yesterday and wanted me to call. *sighs* Okay, i make the neurology appointment and call the other doctor’s office only to find out that Taylor’s chest x-ray shows some fluid in her lungs.

i’m tired because i didn’t sleep well last night and then i had all this to deal with. Right now, i just feel numb…i’m sure the stress will catch up with me soon.

See…some days it just doesn’t pay to get out of bed.

Then there are days when it is worth double the price to get out of bed.

Somehow, oh so badly somehow i wish i could help or just be there to listen. And unfortunately the numbness will wear off and the stress will take over; just to do it all again. i am not telling you anything you do not already know.

your daughter's test will come back fine from the gynecologist. And the doctors here will finally be able to help Taylor; somehow...my fingers are crossed...

Remember...Kathleen (i am only speaking for her in this case as she has said it many times over) and i are here for you whenever you need

I know it was a rough couple of days, but like I told you earlier, you have my shoulder to cry on.

you cannot bear the burden of all that stress, and crying is ok.

I love you and support you,
Master

My gosh there's a lot on your plate; when this happens to one of my close friends all i can do is offer a shoulder to cry on even if it is by phone. Also go to God's word, it may not help at the moment and that's OK...by the way in case you didn't know it's OK to be really p.o'd at Him He can handle it and understands.

Matthew 6:34 "Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.

I love you so much my sister and again am here for you anytime, just pick up the phone.

BIG HUGS,
