On my Soapbox

Unfortunately, today seemed to be annoying customer day. i know, i know. i’m not supposed to complain about the customers as they are the ones that give us our money. i do appreciate that aspect of things and i really don’t mind helping people with things they need. It’s just that sometimes, they want our help and they either don’t want to pay for it, want Master to fix the mess that another “repair” person made but they want us to give them a break on the money because they already paid the incompetent person too much, or they want their problem fixed in an hour or so.

When Master first started his business, i sort of hated telling people how much their repair was going to be. It always seemed like a lot to me. However, i realize that you get what you pay for. Sure, there are people that charge less but then those are the ones that end up coming here anyway. So instead of just paying us for the repair, they’ve now paid double. Besides, i know exactly how much time and effort Master puts into these computers and i think sometimes, he under charges. He is extremely good at what he does and he deserves to be compensated for his services.
