Computers & Customers

i would say thank goodness it’s Friday, but i think tomorrow is supposed to be busy as well. It seems like it’s been nonstop computers and customers lately. i’m sure Master would love a little bit of a break. We are going to be closed on Christmas but not the day after. There’s bound to be people who get new computers for Christmas and they are bound to mess (i’d like to use a different word) them up somehow. At the very least, you know someone will call because they can’t get it to work at all.

i don’t mean to sound ungrateful. Most of our customers are totally awesome, but we do have a few that just make you crazy. Master had one suck the life out of him over the phone this evening. Then Master built a brand new computer for a customer a month or so ago and she brought it back in yesterday because she couldn’t get online. They’ve already loaded games from various sites that come complete with adware and spyware. It makes you wonder sometimes.
